The Valpolicella Classico is a young, medium-bodied red wine that surprises for the modernity of its fresh taste. The grapes are harvested when they have reached full maturity, in order to obtain the well known fruity fragrance. This wine can be enjoyed on any occasions, especially in summer when served at a lower temparature.
